Everyone was friendly & professional. They made the process of having surgery very smooth. Great Drs & nurses!
I have had two great experiences here. Everyone was so kind and accommodating.
Just had septoplasty on day 2 of recovery, only good experience was my surgeon. Was rushed out of recovery as soon as I woke up. Didn't even know what was going on, nurses kept asking my wife how far away my ride was. Was not offered a wheelchair after given a percocet, and had to hold on to my wife's shoulders as I walked out the door. Anesthesiologist was great and very professional. Dr. Smothers is amazing just nurses need to work on organization and safety.
As a support person, I’m used to a better waiting room experience, strangely. The seating is odd, requiring you to sit directly next to strangers. There don’t seem to be enough seats for the number of surgeries occuring. None of the outlets work, except in the vestibule (by the mouse traps) at the entrance. But the hot cocoa in the coffee machine is great.
Had shoulder surgery here on 7/10/25. All was fine until after surgery during discharge. They couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. I had brought in a shirt to wear out of there that had Velcro closures all the way down the sides and on the sleeves to make it easier to dress around the surgical site and the nurses, and I use that term loosely, put it on over the sling and it wasn’t even closed all the way so I had skin showing everywhere.
