Great service, friendly workers. They came out right away. Make sure you get a quote before doing the job. My wife was verbally told our well pump would be “3k max” to replace. She said let’s do it. A week later we were slapped with a 6,200$ bill.

We’ve been having a problem with our well for a couple months now. Called Andover Pump today to schedule an appointment. They had someone at my house within an hour! The technicians were very nice. Explained everything to me and then to my husband when he got home from work. They not only diagnosed the problem but had it fixed within 3 hours! The owner even showed up, really showing how much they care about their customers. I was super pleased with how thorough the technicians were. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Had a plumber come out to my home a month ago to inspect the pump in my home and he suggested that I should have the reservoir of my septic tank cleaned. I elected to call Andover Pump out to clean my reservoir, they were a no-show and told me an emergency came up. I decided to give them another chance and on Wednesday July 5th, two technicians came out to my property and told me that they could not service my tank because it was too old.
