Very Rude staff. For no apparent reason they argue and treat you like you are a burden to them and their practice. Looking for an alternate office. Heard Oak Pediatrics in Westford is good

I brought my two children (1, 4) here for a year and I couldn't be happier. In addition to our scheduled appointments, their walk in hours are very convenient. There's also always someone just a phone call away to answer my questions.
My daughter needs to be transferred to another doctor because Andover Pediatrics recently stopped accepting Tuft Direct Policy. I submitted an application at their office, and the receptionist promised to send it to my mailbox within one week. After two weeks, I still haven't received it. I called to ask, and the operator said that the person who took over the processing at that time was currently unable to work, and no one else could handle it except her. The staff is always so lovely. We’ve seen a few different doctors and NP’s, and they’ve all been wonderful; especially Dr. Lentini! So happy we found such a great place for our son.
