I am extremely disappointed with the ability to schedule an appointment with the PCP. I am disheartened that when a child needs consistency we can't get an appointment for 4-5 months. They do not even attempt to schedule the next appointment with med checks or annuals to ensure the patient has consistency in very important conversations related to mood or health. I am glad that the situation was escalated to the physician. There is a time and a place to see other physicians and I appreciate that this was recognized.
Very Rude staff. For no apparent reason they argue and treat you like you are a burden to them and their practice. Looking for an alternate office. Heard Oak Pediatrics in Westford is good

I brought my two children (1, 4) here for a year and I couldn't be happier. In addition to our scheduled appointments, their walk in hours are very convenient. There's also always someone just a phone call away to answer my questions.
