Excellent service as always.
Patients should always be informed about their options and any associated cost. Andover optical charged me 40$ for "retinal photos" instead of dilation, knowing it's not covered by insurance and never discussed my options or extra charges. Just did it like it was normal and then charged me. The clinic left a lot to be desired, It was dingy and outdated which made me question the quality of care. I expected a more professional environment.
Staff helped me choose my new glasses I really enjoyed having others give me their opinions on them it really helped I was in between 8 different pairs but they helped narrow it down. I hope the staff know how much they are appreciated to bad I had to edit my review I got seriously faulty glasses from here and instead of taking responsibility for them they want me to buy a new pair why in the hell should I pay for them your supplier seriously screwed up my lenses are peeling
. I appreciate that they open at 8am. Other than these guys, all others I saw don’t open until 9-10am. This was the very first time we’ve ever been here, we didn’t have an appt, just walked in. they were super friendly and very fast & efficient so we had more than enough time to get my son to his school on time!
