I'm disgusted with how I was treated during my visit today! I had a ultrasound scheduled for today due to them not being able to detect a heart beat my first visit. I was informed I might just be to early and was scheduled to come back for a ultrasound just to be told they could not see me because my insurance was coming up in active. I called my insurance in front of them and mass health did in fact confirm that my insurance was active and just needed 24 hours to update in the system.
