It's stressful enough to be pregnant, this place is the worse, zero consideration or emphaty for patients.
Please for the love of God, stop calling my number I have received over 80 calls on the last 6 months I am not and have never been a patient. At a certain point u will have to do something about it, I'm essentially being harassed. I have called several times to be removed from their call list. It is beyond frustrating.
I've been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment here, and every time I call, the front desk staff are unbelievably rude. They talk over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and act like answering basic questions is a chore. I've never encountered such hostility just trying to make a doctor's appointment. I had a conversation with the manager about the cleanliness of the office. Later, I realized I had photos showing exactly what I was concerned about and called back to share them. The manager refused to look at the photos and told me they did not want to receive them. Cleanliness is a basic and essential part of patient care, and I felt my concerns were completely dismissed. This left me very uncomfortable and questioning the level of care at this practice. photos were take at Haverhill location.
Very Unpleasant front staff. You will be lucky if they even glance up at you to check in. They are extremely hostile over the phone even to just book an appointment. I love my doctor, but I will be seeking out of this office.
