I had an absolutely terrible experience with this OBGYN. From the moment I walked in, everything felt rushed and impersonal. The doctor barely listened to my concerns, interrupted me multiple times, and dismissed my questions as if they didn’t matter. I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and honestly disrespected. The most unhappy, unhelpful people work here other than the Doctor herself. They called me to give me a false positive on an STI testing while i'm pregnant. While I was there, the nurse was writing down my information on a brown paper towel. This cause so many issues in my husband and sent me into a panic. Thank God I got retested before taking any unnecessary medication. Most likely which they mixed my result with someone else. They are miserable and get angry when you call to ask questions. It's stressful enough to be pregnant, this place is the worse, zero consideration or emphaty for patients.
Please for the love of God, stop calling my number I have received over 80 calls on the last 6 months I am not and have never been a patient. At a certain point u will have to do something about it, I'm essentially being harassed. I have called several times to be removed from their call list. It is beyond frustrating.
I've been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment here, and every time I call, the front desk staff are unbelievably rude. They talk over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and act like answering basic questions is a chore. I've never encountered such hostility just trying to make a doctor's appointment. I don't know who's hiring or training their front desk, but it's clear nobody's teaching them basic respect or professionalism. I kept it calm the first few times, but they had the right one today.
