Very Unpleasant front staff. You will be lucky if they even glance up at you to check in. They are extremely hostile over the phone even to just book an appointment. I love my doctor, but I will be seeking out of this office.
I’m reluctant to post my personal details of my appointment here but I really don’t want anybody to have to experience what I did at this practice. I only went here because I was referred by my wonderful PCP who was horrified when I told her my experience. I can’t remember the name of the obgyn I saw but it was one of the male doctors. It was horrible. I was referred because my PCP suspected I had PCOS and an ultrasound found multiple large cysts on both ovaries. I went last year for my annual exam. The receptionists were unfriendly, the rooms were cold and clinical and a bit run down. The NP I saw would not answer any of my questions regarding menopause or directly related to my health as a female. She took a ridiculous amount of notes. She was rough with my pap smear which caused issues when I left. Fast forward 30 days and I get a bill for a copay for my annual visit which is free with my insurance.
