Chase Wooley showed me around their units and was absolutely awesome. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me out with some paperwork when I decided on a new unit still managed by Andover. If you get the chance, call and ask for Chase, he'll look out for you!
hole in the ceiling of closet not pictured since I couldn’t find it. Took over a year to fix either hole, the one in bathroom or closet. Complete slumlords :)
They ripped me off when I moved out. They told me that there were no issues in the Move out inspection and then charged me $2k for new carpets which the apartment didnt need.
