Very unprofessional. Terrible communication. These people do NOT care. I set up a tour to view a rental unit over the phone with Curtis before applying or taking the steps to move forward. I even called to confirm a day later and he says no he didn’t set up a tour with me whatsoever and that maybe it was Chris. I said no it was definitely you Curtis and he goes oh oh oh I see right here for 12. I already explained that I had to take time off of work just to see this unit. This apartment complex has to be the most absolute poorly ran establishment I've ever had the misfortune to run across. They DO NOT fix any issues you may happen to have. You will be told to address any and all issues to the board but big surprise the members on the "board" are all incompetent and will only write your issues down. Never begin to even try to fix or address any issues. I suggest taking your money & time elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX!
