Our experience from the first phone call to day of appointment was awesome! The staff were so caring in every way possible for my husband’s dental needs. To the phone calls, next steps, email, and follow up call from the doctor, we couldn’t be happier!
I drive an hour and 10 minutes one-way to this place, and you know why? Because they are the absolute best dental practice in the great Twin Cities. Yes, the staff is amazing, they are extremely knowledgeable, and you don't feel like you are sitting in a chair being sold into buying a time-share. No getting GOT here! I was nervous to see a new dentist since I have sensitive teeth. From first walking in the door through my talk/exam with Dr. Holly Hill and my cleaning with hygienist Rachel, I have nothing bad to say. They took their time and gave full explanations. This was a great dental experience. (I hate going to the dentist!)

This was my first visit to Andover Family Dentistry and I was very impressed. Checking in was very easy as I had completed the forms online. I arrived a little early, so I had a short wait until Katie came out to bring me back for my initial meeting with Dr. Hill. She explained what the next steps were going to be (x-rays and exam).
