Dr. Hill and Tiffany are the best! They are so kind and so compassionate. They go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable. Definitely the best experience with a dentist and their team.
My visit was a crown replacement with Dr. Floeder. The staff was friendly and got me in within a day. Dr. Floeder is a remarkable dentist. His easygoing spirit and gentle approach were exactly what I needed. He explained the complete procedure from beginning to end. The crown and Dr. Floeder's technique was perfect. I'm very pleased. I was very impressed with my first visit at the Andover location. Dr. Floeder was very friendly and took time to explain my x-rays and what they look for. He gave his recommendations not pressuring what to do, but gave me my options with estimates. My hygienist turned out to be my old hygienist from my previous dentist. She was awesome then and still is! Totally recommend those who are looking to check them out.
