Went on a Saturday to get things needed for a trip on Monday to find my unit was locked out. Pay the bill on time every month. Second time in the last year they have locked the wrong unit out. The first time it was during the week and they fixed the problem quickly. Apparently they don’t work on weekends so no one will answer the phone. They are affordable and secure. Easy access with the online portal and the area is clean and kept up.
It was an easy setup and the process was smooth. Nice and clean facility.
