I rented from them for around 8 months and there was a constant bug problem with spiders, crickets, ect getting into my unit. The problem is the rubber piece on the unit looks to have been cut and that's where critters crawl in and that's pretty much every unit. When I noticed I gave them a call and they said they would schedule a time to come and get it fixed.
