I’m not really for sure why there’s so many bad reviews for Andover Estates…… Since Bobby, Dana and Jeff have come in the park. Looks better than it has since It has since I moved in three years ago… This year I’ve never had an issue with maintenance whereas over the last couple years it would take forever to get somebody over to fix anything… Also over the last couple years there really hadn’t been anybody in the office most of the time they were out… Since they’ve come into office, there’s somebody here Monday through Frid... read more
The manager is pushy and has clear attention issues. She doesn't listen to her customers. She appears to only care about her best interest.She is not good with conflict and resolution issues.Shes kind of pushy.She needs to slow down and really listen to her customers better.
Absolutely beautiful community! I was so impressed with the attention I received and all the helpful information that was provided. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable. I truly appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a positive and informative experience.
