DONT!!! While living there it was nearly impossible to have maintainance come out and help with literally anything, the old manager, Kim, would scream at my grandfather and I over the phone, and after Kim had left I had reffered my parents to move into the comminuty hoping for a promising future. Andover Estates sent out a mass message stating that if you reffered someone to come live in the community, you would recieve a "referral check". Would be really nice if the people said to be available were actually available when needed. I don't think I've ever been able to actually talk to someone in office no matter the time or day I call them they're always "out in the community" or "helping other customers". Never mind the fact it took them months and multiple repair requests to even LOOK at my leaking shower head. Don't even get me started on the water shut offs. Currently sitting here waiting to see if they'll gift me with a reply on why my water isn't working ... read more
UPDATE AS OF Dec 1st. All repairs have been completed and road has been resurfaced. Only took 1.5 years. Thank you. Note: the owner responded and stated that i needed to contact the office, if the owner would have read my full review, they would have read that i called the office several times and went in person to the office.
