I can't recommend this AC service highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Our AC gave up on the first morning of the heatwave. I called Curtis and he answered his phone on Sunday!!! Said he is terribly busy, but will try to fit us in. On Monday the text message came- “On my way, will be there in 40 minutes “. Curtis, the owner, is very knowledgeable and a really decent person. He truly knows his trade and is very customer friendly. It is nice also that he is so local. I've found my new HVAC guy. Can't recommend him enough.

I can’t say enough about Andover Climate Systems! My furnace, broke entirely and needed to be replaced. I got four quotes and they were the most fairly priced. Curtis was fantastic with communication, showing up when he said he was, and he even fixed something that a prior Vendor had made a mistake on my water heater. I will be recommending them to everybody I know!
Curtis made it to our family's special-thanks-list for this year's thanksgiving day, because he helped us fix a decade-long problem with our oil burner.
