Always so friendly
I had to close my father’s account after his passing. Since I live out of state, this wasn’t as simple as walking into the branch. Of all the companies I worked with to settle his estate, the experience with Andover Bank’s Ashtabula branch manager, Tim Stroud, was the worst. He was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to be sensitive in the situation. Every other person I spoke with at Andover Bank was polite and helpful, but Mr. Stroud stood out in a very negative way. If I could give them all the stars in the sky I would never have I felt like a stranger when I walk into this bank. They are extremely friendly and professional. Always a warm welcome even if it's 10 minutes before closing and they have to stay a couple minutes late. If they're frustrated for the last minute customer you'd never know. On the phone experience is just as wonderful So happy I found a bank I can trust. To me my bank is like my hairdresser or dentist gotta have a lot of trust
