I am more than happy with this company and their technician because my experience was fantastic. Booking a tech has never been this easy for me. I got same day schedule and was able to pay using my credit card. This company will always be my first call.

They arrived Tuesday and on time- according to schedule. I was just hoping they called me ahead but I guess it's fine since they arrived on time. There was no need for me to explain the issue, the tech had a good knowledge of what was going on. He was nice to talk to though. He was willing to walk me through what went wrong and how he fixed it. Gave me tips to keep my appliance in good shape. I'll give them a 5!

They showed up as promised. Excellent skills and knowledge was exhibited by the repair tech as he fixed my Haier fridge.

They requested our credit card number to "assure" our appointment time between 2 and 5 pm. No one ever showed or called . We cancelled our credit card to prevent unlawful charges to our account. Never use Andover Appliance Repair. Total frauds.
