This clinic is the opposite of what that one negative review suggested. Dr. Niggemeier is caring, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable, and her staff are just as wonderful. They’re always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for both pets and their people. It’s hard to imagine anyone walking away with a bad experience here, they truly care about every animal that comes through the door.
I love this clinic! Friendly, thorough, professional staff are excellent at following up even after the appointment.
Friendly, welcoming staff. Never feel rushed as the exam are thorough and I’m always given the opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Niggemeier is my #1 trusted go to source when it comes to my dogs care.
Dr. Niggermeyer is the most disrespectful. She gets angry if you ask questions and is very immature. The owner Hakim is also disrespectful and doesn't care to address his staff actions and shows little care and compassion and very unprofessional. I attempted to bring concerns all of which were ignored. In addition, when I asked for better respect they decided to deny service to my diabetic cat rather than address the ongoing issues of their disrespectful ways.
