Sub par…finished construction a year ago, noticing many things that were not completed properly. Over the last few months, I have asked for a few things to be corrected (2 or 3 times). After the last time, I was told, “this is it, we are not coming back anymore.” Mine was a pretty small job, considering the size of other projects, and I feel that since I was a “smaller job,” I got the “C” crew.
We had a great experience with Andolini Home and Design on our recent bathroom remodel. They came in exactly on budget and finished within just a few days of the original timeline, which was impressive. From the start, they were very helpful on the design side. We visited their showroom off Old Alabama Road and they walked us through multiple layout and style options until we found the right fit. Construction in your home is always disruptive and usually messy. I was so pleasantly surprised with how clean the process was. Carlos and his team are always listening to the client and do what it takes to make it right. I would use them again.
Professional, good communication, high quality product, and maintained alignment with the project timeline. The entire team was very pleasant to work with also!
We cannot give enough STARS to Carlos and the Andolini Team. We were referred to him by a neighbor, and it was the best experience. We had talked about finishing our basement for many years and then discovered Carlos and his quality work. We then decided it was time to go for the project.
