I went to this nail salon for a few months while I was staying for my year abroad and the experience was absolutely amazing! Sinda always did my nails and they were impeccable each time. One time I also had to cancel and reschedule an appointment, and they treated the situation quickly and professionally. I loved this place, and if I’ll come back to Duncan in the future, I’ll absolutely swing by again!

Awful experience over the last couple of months. Every time I went there, I hoped they wouldn’t ruin my nails—but I was always disappointed. I will never go back again. I had been a regular customer for over a year and was very satisfied when Nancy was working there. After she left, I started seeing a new technician, and the experience has been terrible. They were rushing through the appointments just to take more customers. My nails peeled off shortly after, and that was the last straw. I’m done with this place.

Can’t praise NAI highly enough. I’ve had numerous pedicures here on the island but none has been as good as Nai’s job.

I was very unhappy. I went on Saturday with the recommendation of my daughter-in-law, and when I sat down the spring in the chair broke.. I’m a sm/med person.. then she soaked my feet in cold water. I asked for the water to be warmer. Then she started filing my nails with a used nail file that had been previously used with somebody else !! and I asked her if she was going to cut my toenails and she asked me “do you want your toenails cut?” She brought me the wrong nail polish colour two times and I was so fed up.
