Obviously the office took down my negative review. I contacted them on behalf of my deceased brother as head of his estate and personal representative. This is office is abusive. They were sent a fax twice and two emails from me for our family to receive my brother's medical records after his death 7/13,2024. He was a 9/11 volunteer doing clean up and had medical conditions post 9/11. Faxing, emails, and phone calls have not helped to recieve my brother's records. I have been a patient for 3 years . Andi and her staff are absolutely wonderful. My entire family are her patients. She takes care of all our primary care, mental health and wellness care. Andi took us all in after a traumatic loss. She is there for us when we need her and has treated us all with so much compassion, patience and love .
Andi is unfortunately unprofessional, rude and curt.
I have been with Andi and her team for 3 years now. I am disabled from a severe car accident and can not physically get around anymore, so I do telehealth monthly. She is AMAZING. Her entire team is amazing. My therapist Tara is amazing. The other nurse practioners like Rachel are amazing. The receptionists are amazing. They do wonderful work here, they listen, they care, they help, they provide solutions, and I am SO SOO THANKFUL I have a team that truly takes care of me.
