I live in Georgia and my sister lives in Arizona. The problem is that she is not able to care for herself and needs constant care. It came as a surprise when I found out that I was her power of attorney with the power to make decisions for her. Being 1,700 miles away, I had to rely on advice from those who had been helping my sister.
