I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this place because I had a very positive experience. They answered my call as soon as they opened at 8am and got me a same day appointment to get fitted for compression stockings. While I was there they even helped me try them on since I am currently 8months pregnant and its hard for me to bend down. They had exactly what I needed and I was able to take home the compression stockings the same day. Definitely would recommend this place.
Was able to get a wrist brace quickly and symptoms of carpal tunnel have went away.
Went to ANDI in November 2022. The assistant took my insurance information, name, etcetera and was then fitted with crutches. I received a bill from them in January 2023, turns out they do not participate with my insurance. They should have informed me of that prior to "selling" me the crutches. Deceptive business practice, very disappointed with them.
