Great Vet and staff Dr. Andes has taken care of several of our pets through out the years. I wouldn't trust them with anyone else. We love Ms. Holly too. :) We also use Andes Groomers. They do a great job! I would highly recommend them.
Best Client Service This office has the best staff and doctors of any veterinary office in the Tri-Cities.
Nicest vet and staff I recently moved to the Kingsport area, and a few days after I moved here, I woke up and noticed my cat limping pretty bad. It was a Saturday morning, and Andes-Straley Vet was the only office that picked up the phone.The lady that met me at the front was very nice, and was able to answer all of my questions. Boarding Facilities A few days ago I boarded my dog with Andes-Straley and had a great experience. She was placed in a large area and was allowed to play with her own toys from home as well as sleep on her own bed. When I picked her up after boarding her she was well exercised, well fed and very happy. I would happily recommend them to others and will definitely utilize their services again. Thanks!
