Dr Andes and staff have been wonderful through years!! We had to let out beloved little girl yesterday .Dr Andes gave words of compassion above and beyond which did help although our hearts are broken into a million pieces! can't say enough for the caring and great care always delivered at the clinic. If we ever decide to have another pet there's question where will get established again. Thank you guys from the bottom of our broken heart!!!!!
If I could give them less than one star I would. I've had my cat for 18 years which is most of my life considering the fact that I'm 24. I took her to Andes Straley for a tumor on her stomach that had developed a sore on it. The vet was completely uncaring and quoted me $900 for a surgery to remove the tumor but made no mention of curing her infected wound. I was devastated. There was no way I could afford to pay that much no matter how much I wanted to save my Snowbell. I left with a $50 vet bill and no medicine for Snowbel... read more
