About 3 months ago I spoke to Marcos about which direction I should take my house hunting. We discussed brokers, types of loans (particularly USDA) and how to negotiate the lowest rate possible, I took what I learned and applied every strategy. Fast forward to 1/15/2026, I own a home under USDA @ %4.6 from initially %7.1. Marcos unveiled a world of resources that I otherwise would not have known about. I don't know where to start, working with Marcos and his team over at Andes Mortgage has been an AMAZING experience. This is my 3rd house and this was by far, the EASIEST, QUICKEST process in obtaining a loan.
