Unprofessional and dishonest staff. I was refunded $1,000 after receiving no results, but only after they tried to deflect accountability by falsely claiming that the client I referred to their site was “yelling.” It was immediately clear something was off - the woman they were referring to is calm, kind, and respectful. I made it clear that this behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and rooted in bias. We would never go there again!! No result on hair removal! Very unprofessional! Rude stuff!!
Prior to my visit, I had called to ask a few specific questions, which were immediately answered. I really liked my nurse as well since she listened, answered more questions that I had and gave me options with an explanation of those options. It’s a warm and welcoming environment, not cold and rushed like others I’ve been to. I will refer and be returning here.
Received excellent service from start to finish. They really took their time and provided amazing service. I received 10 botox injections and feel young again.
I've had a couple LIPOcel sessions with Dr. Kim and the sculpting has been immediate on my abs.
