Mechanic shops all have different styles. I sat in the lobby waiting a few times and here is my take. Kevin is the owner and he runs his business the old school way. He does not upsell or play games. He will tell customers what they might not want to hear so he doesn't get perfect 5 stars. He is exactly the right Mechanic for my family.
Andes is very informative , respectful and overall great communication. There were no corners cut and all options for my fix were spoken to me. Thank you for working on my 98 4Runner . Also , thank you Nate for taking the time to speak with me about questions and concerns . These guys definitely respect their craft .

I have a very unique sports car. I searched all over town to find a shop that was capable and responsive. Andies is it. Very high level of service and got my car running great now. I can't say enough about them.
Estuve en el lugar no había parqueo, y otros clientes estaba parqueados frente del taller, así que me detuve para consultar una alineación, y lo que recibí fue! una respuesta por un empleado corriéndome del lugar diciendo que no quería que estuviera ahí, me sentí muy mal, nada profesional y pésimo . No recomiendo visitar este lugar me sentí ofendido.
