Amazing service. Super knowledgable
On the road traveling and called about tires. Leslie answered and said he would call me back in 7 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and he told me they didn’t have my rear tire, then he connected me with Dave who said they did have both tires and that they could install today “I never turn away travelers” he said. Then He put Leslie back in the phone. I asked what the cost would be and he told me “between $600 and $800. This place is awesome!!!!! We rented a bike and rode all over Alaska including Dalton Highway and Top of the World Highway. Equipment worked perfectly, bike was well equipped, and they accommodated some of our crazy hours. Just to note, the rider of their bike is 6’5” and about 250 pounds, so not a small guy. Bike handled everything with ease and was well maintained. Their service was excellent and they were very helpful both loading and securing the bike and then returning at the end of the ride. I have a bmw and the options for service are limited. These guys are awesome. Great customer service and no bs they help you and do what needs to get done without the runaround or hassle of some other shops.
