On the road traveling and called about tires. Leslie answered and said he would call me back in 7 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and he told me they didn’t have my rear tire, then he connected me with Dave who said they did have both tires and that they could install today “I never turn away travelers” he said. This place is awesome!!!!! We rented a bike and rode all over Alaska including Dalton Highway and Top of the World Highway. Equipment worked perfectly, bike was well equipped, and they accommodated some of our crazy hours. Just to note, the rider of their bike is 6’5” and about 250 pounds, so not a small guy. Bike handled everything with ease and was well maintained. Their service was excellent and they were very helpful both loading and securing the bike and then returning at the end of the ride. I have a bmw and the options for service are limited. These guys are awesome. Great customer service and no bs they help you and do what needs to get done without the runaround or hassle of some other shops.
I needed a starter motor switched out on my BMW K1200LT. They said they could do it and to bring my bike in. After hauling it from Red Deer to Calgary....The owner Dave told me that they would Not take it on as he makes more money with oil changes and tires at this time of the year. Shoddy service fueled by greed, Not what I would expect from BMW...What a complete and utter waste of time. I would Not recommend them.
