Great staff
At Anderton place in Comox a Broadstreet manager has been making decisions that negatively impact the community. Jack, Les and Joel are an amazing team, hardworking, reliable, professional and skilled. Why management would upset the apple cart the way they have is baffling. I’ve received no notice of the staffing changes that management has made and yes, I do think the tenants have a right to know when reliable staff are let go or replaced. My two star review is not for the workers at 618 anderton it’s for the higher ups that make decisions, I met les when I first moved in, every single day for the past 2.5 years I’ve seen his smile his willing to help others. His dedication to his work anderton place is just not gonna be the same without him. AT ALL. the workers are like family to the tenants and losing Les is a hard pill to swallow, I know I’m not the only tenant that feels this way. I live in the building (Broadstreet Comox) I truly enjoy living in this building because of the team Jack Les and Joel are such amazing people, I feel that they make it a home, me and a couple long term residents stay here because how the management team (Jack,Les and Joel) make us feel safe and how they make it us feel welcomed all the time, we alway seeing them working or having a chat with the residents, it’s so great to live here. Jack, our building manager, is such a great person. He is so easy to talk to and very approachable. He is always present when needed, and the building is always in great shape because of his efforts. Les is an amazing person. My life is definitely easier because of his hard work. He is always with a big smile, always so friendly, and ready to help at any opportunity.
