My experience with Broadstreet has been nothing short of disturbing. I would strongly caution anyone against renting from this company. Since moving in, I’ve witnessed what I believe to be serious mismanagement, retaliation, and a total lack of concern for tenant well-being. Speaking up about valid safety or accessibility issues has resulted in silence—or worse, false allegations designed to intimidate.
