After dealing with Keryn Hickmann for near on a year.and half she left the firm, no call to let me know no goodbye. Very unprofessional. I was informed by Bryney, who I found to be informative and respectful, explaining that a new lawyer would be taking over my settlement case. Unfortunately, I found this law firm no use and a waste of money. I have since found a more professional law firm to deal with my settlement issue. I am extremely happy with the results.
