I recently had a steering problem with my 2006 Grand Marquis....Dirk analyzed it for me and presented options to fix it. He was very professional and articulated parts and costs straight forwardly. They were correct in their assessments and fix. I'm a very satisfied customer.
I recently had some problems with my 1999 buick park avenue. The problems were electrical and had my auto at another shop that didnt fix the problem. After speaking with Dirk at Anderson's, I had my auto taken to midland for them to diagnose. The problem is not fixed yet, but I'm sure they will take good care of me!!
