If I could give a zero I would give them a zero. They came to my house three different occasions to fix my icemaker in a new Samsung refrigerator. Luke turned in paperwork to the insurance company stating I did not let them do the work after they had already replace the complete icemaker what a joke. The technician that came to my house was good and knew what he was doing he had just replaced all the components to the icemaker according to Samsung‘s request. I am really pleased with the technician Anthony that was sent out to my house today. Very professional and personable. I would recommend Anderson service Center for your Appliance repairs.
Terrible service. Repairman walked in and said freezer to old to repair. He did not even look at the freezer. Said he was not authorized to pull the freezer from the enclosed wall to look at it. Went out to his car and said he called home warranty company and they confirmed he was not authorized to pull freezer out to look at. I have filed a complaint against Anderson with the warranty company. A rating of 1 star is too high.
I have a Frigidaire refrigerator under warranty, they came out unplugged refrigerator to reset factory settings. Have to turn to coldest to cool at 38 degrees. Charged warranty service fee did nothing. I could have done that! Poor Manager service
If I could leave zero stars I would. Hands down the worst appliance repair company in the Panhandle. They repeatedly lie and tell you they can't fix the appliance. It turns out my refrigerator only needed a new compressor but Anderson's didn't know how to fix it. They told me they "only get paid for one visit so we won't be back." Anthony, the tech, is a habitual liar and called me before every appointment to tell me why he wouldn't be able to fix it and to ask if he could just skip the visit.
