After waiting almost 4 hours for AAA to show up to be told they couldn't help get the van out of the snow, we called Mike minutes before he closed. He was so friendly, kind, knew exactly where the van was stuck and had the van out in a few minutes. Incredibly grateful for his kindness especially given the call came in right before closing!
We were stuck on a snowy slope and could not get our car out. Mike came out within a half hour and was able to get us out immediately! He was so gracious! I highly recommend him!
