What a great local business! We had an emergency issue – and of course it was on a Friday afternoon when we had an out-of-town guest staying with us – and we thought we needed a pump. We had the septic lids dug up so we’d be ready if we were lucky enough to find someone who was available. Lucky for us, Bill was in our area so he was able to get to us in 30 minutes.
