I walked in prepared to pay what was necessary to get my Stihl chainsaw running right again. I walked out with a perfectly tuned saw at zero cost. John showed me step-by-step how to adjust everything properly and didn't charge me a nickel. Yes, I bought the saw (and a Stihl string trimmer) from them but it still impressed me that John was so thorough and patient. Great service and excellent customer service
I bought a brand new Ferris ISX2200. I had it for one day and noticed that the engine died every time I tried to run the machine on the right tank. It has a dual tank manual selector, which I didn’t know about until after I bought the machine. Kinda a pain in the butt and really surprised it doesn’t just switch automatically. I called Anderson and of course they told me to bring it in since it’s under warranty. I appreciate Anderson’s because they know the products they sell very well. When I go for parts, I never leave with the wrong one. They go out of their way to make sure I have what I need….even when I know what I need. I also appreciate that their service department is up front and gives you information on new versus repair and lets you decide. True customer service.
