I would strongly recommend against using this company for any form of towing. I allowed the county to call a wrecker after I had an accident, and this was who I got. All of my interactions were with an older man I assume was the proprietor. My accident happened at roughly 4 pm on a Thursday. Between then and the following Monday I called 9 separate times trying to get my vehicle returned to me. Please use any other company besides this one. A mule with a tow rope would honestly be more pleasant to work with. Extremely rude from the start. The lady who arrived with the tow truck driver asked, very obliviously annoyed she was there, what was wrong with the car. After I explained the issues, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Dispatch had asked for the location of which I broke down, so this was shared with them before they arrived, as well as landmarks near the arrival site.
