I'm disappointed to leave this review but unfortunately I have to. I have been here twice to fix my jeep and both times had excellent service. However, that was when there was a different gentleman named Jay who would assist me at the Mechanic shop. Since the owner took over the front desk at the mechanic shop, it's been disastrous. I referred my boyfriend here to get his engine replaced. It took them nearly a month and a half for the engine to even be ordered (this was not dealt with week after week).
