I came in to have a white gold bracelet repaired, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I spoke to Bentley Anderson, he gave a quote upfront with a worst case scenario. Repair prices were reasonable and the expertise is priceless, I also had the some ends built up since Bentley noted they were thin and had the bracelet polished. We’ve been going to Andersons Jewelry four about five years now. Always friendly and excited to help us. I took a family heirloom to them, and they treated me and my piece of family history with the utmost respect. I would recommend them gladly.
Invited to accompany a friend / collector of fine watches to visit his jewelry store for a repair. Presumed we would be headed to Madison, Flowood, or downtown Jackson, but not so.
