I recently purchased a watch for my mom's Christmas gift and was initially very pleased. After inspecting it at home, I found two minor issues requiring service. I returned to the store two days later, and they happily and efficiently took care of everything, resolving the issues in less than a week. From their selection to their customer service, they are fantastic. They take their time to help you find something you love instead of pressuring you to either just pick something, or pick something that makes them money. They are a family-owned business with a wonderful staff and beautiful jewelry. I can't recommend them enough!
