Great experience overall. The staff was professional, transparent, and very fair during the negotiation process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this jewelry shop to anyone looking for honest pricing and quality service.
Brought in estate jewelry and some of mine old jewelry and sold it. He explained to me how they figured it up and I received more than expected. More money dow for a new tractor. I definitely recommend and I'll definitely will be back. They were so welcoming and very nice. We need more business like this
Ask for the owner, Nathan. He can make custom jewelry. He’s an artist. He can get you quality gems to fit your price and modify or create original pieces to create unique exquisite jewelry- we’re talking heirlooms. The kicker is, it’s not what you would pay at other jewelry stores. This is the place for coins, collectibles, buying, selling, or creating jewelry.
I have been coming here for a few years now and am reminded why every time I find myself somewhere else. Just the other day, I had taken a friend to "her" place in fort worth and had a few items to sell. The guy only wanted the solid gold peices. He looked at one peice with a diamond in it, used his tester to see if it was real, and after it said it was, he then tested it on the prongs so it would say it was not. Hands down my favorite store to buy. Extremely friendly and helpful to new buyers. They have a wide selection of collectibles and bullion. They talked me through my first purchases and have been exceptionally kind. Anderson has earned life long customers!
