Call about roadside service, I was broke down less than 5 miles away from them. I asked the guy if he had a specific part instock because there was no need for him to come out if he didn’t have the part. He became extremely rude because I asked about the part, he wanted to charge me hundreds to just come out and look at it first. When a pulley is broken, and I have a spare belt, no need to come if you don’t have the right part.
