ABOSOULTY love my Blaze King Insert that was installed in my home! it has defiantly helped keep my house warm this winter! everyone at Andersons that i have worked with has been GREAT!
Very knowledgeable. They did a great job on my gas log set.
They lied about work I needed done and told me to contact the insurance company and they will tell me this work needs completed. I did and was told not needed that the housing codes were for the date of the home not current codes so they lied and figured i wouldn't call the insurance. On top of that, they were doing crown work the year before and never mentioned it wasn't up to code. I don't trust them, they were looking for work and the quote was for 3k dollars. I don't trust them obviously and neither should you!
Called for an emergency issue. My tenant was without heat and water until I had the chimney inspected. Technician went, did nothing and left. When I tried to call Anderson they were closed. No one ever called me to discuss findings or options for repair. Recieved an email later on with findings that I didnt understand. Still got a charge for over $400. Told our chimney would be cleaned with that cost and it wasnt.
