Just had David and Noah here to fine tune and clean my Heat and Glo fireplace. It was apparent that they both knew very well what they were doing. They worked in unison and did an excellent job. It looked like a new fireplace when they were finished and worked so much better when lit. Both were very polite and explanined in detail each step they took. A pleasure to have and deal with !!!
The lead chimney tech named Cree was very professional and she did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting my wood burning fireplace and chimney. The equipment used did a clean and neat job of of removing the sediment in flue. They put a large blanket down in front of the fireplace to cover a large area to protect the carpet if needed. The cleaning tools and vacuum used kept soot and ash contained and no evidence of it because it went directly to the vacuum system they had. Service person cleaned a LOT of gunk and grime out of our fireplace insert and has it back to firing immediately and working like a charm. Thrilled to have a remote thermostat that will regulate temperature. They did a fabulous job.
Cree and Edwin came to clean my fireplace and do an inspection. They both were wonderful people and did a fantastic job with my fireplace. They left my family room spotless. However there were issues found during inspection. I need a new flue liner. Edwin showed me detailed pictures and explained the process to me in detail. After writing up the bill he explained all the chargers and the process of how they will do the work. Because they will be doing the work, the price for my fireplace cleaning will be refunded. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Justin and Alex installed a stainless steel flue liner and our wood stove works 100% better. Great service.
