The unwilling lead by the unknowning trying to do the impossible( the bare minimum). Damaged my gutters, clogged my drains with masonry, and poured bad concrete. They show up when the feel like and dont show up when they are scheduled too. If you call you with a question you will never receive a call back. You will have to call again and they will try and gaslight you into believing their clueless is your fault. A truly terrible experience and will actively encourage people to use literally anyone else.
Since moving to PA a few years ago participated in their spring forward scheduling. Saves us money and gets that wood burn smell out of the house. Always happy with whoever they send our way.
Anthony and Jace came on time, took care of my fireplace, showed me the views of my chimney, and were both very polite and professional. And they did a great job! Highly recommend Anderson's Chimney and Masonry.
