I called to get my chimney cleaned. They spent less than 20 minutes at my house to look at the chimney and tell me it didn’t need cleaning then charge me almost $250. I thought I was being scammed. If you use this company, be sure to ask when you make the initial appointment what you will be charged because I was never told until the end of the appointment.

We are so happy with our purchase and it really enhances our living room. The technicians were excellent guys. Installation went very smooth. Everything couldn't have gone any better. We highly recommend checking with Anderson's for your purchase of a insert.
Setup for a chimney service and inspection, the service and inspection went ok. They tell me I need a new liner and send me a quote while we are talking. Says it’s ok to run for the winter and to keep lookout for and issues of clogging. Also to install a carbon monoxide detector. Doesn’t not go over the other issues noticed in the report. The crown needs to be repaired. The inspection report says not to run the oil furnace until liner is replaced. That was not said to me while we were going over the inspection. Having chimney problems? Call Anderson first! They will get you squared away. I had my chimney rebuilt and getting a steel liner from them next month. Their tech/staff are friendly and professional, who do really good work. And they'll work with you, if theres a cancelation in the schedule, they'll move you up and get the job done faster. Definitely recommend this company
