This is the most amazing bead store I have every seen! You walk in, and it's literally wall to wall (and floor to ceiling) beads!!! I live in another state, but every time I visit Florida, I make sure that I visit the shop.
If I didn't live so far away (I live in Ellenton..an hour drive) I would be there anytime I wanted new beads. Her prices are very good too. But spending the gas loses my savings. We come when we get a car full and share the gas.
I have loved this place since I move here, even took a class and have spent some $$...but I purchased some beads a few days ago, spent a few hours browsing and was happy. Later, sorting my goodies I discovered there were 2 strands that were identical but had different labels. I went back and was told “sorry, didn’t they tell you no returns? It says so right on your receipt” I argued for a minute because clearly THEY had made the mistake, and I only wanted to exchange one. No, not interested in making the customer happy. My favorite place to shop for all of my beading needs. Staff is very helpful! I could spend all day in this store because there is so much to see!
