I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. The engine light came on within the first week. Took it to get serviced and now engine light is back on. Put two quarts of oil in it. Called today trying to speak to someone in customer service and the receptionist hung up on me! I feel totally taken advantage of!!!! $2000 down and $333 every two weeks for a vehicle I wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!! Minus 5 on the Star Rating
I bought a car from there an the subframe was rusted in two told them about it and ****the owner said it was OK the is so called ********* and he sells cars like that his son told me he only buys cars at auction Noone else wants with problems and sells them like nothing wrong with them
I purchased a car from ************************* and they wanted three grand down I took her 2010 had $890 for her to hold it for layaway that was the $3,000 down I filed a complaint on her with Vinnecees ************************* and he said that he already knows how they are and she is no longer working there her name is ***** ****** and the other person is ***** out of ****** they come and took my car from work and my payments were caught up but they do this to everyone and I do have some witnesses and you can contact me ... read more
If I could give minus stars I would. Where do I begin.My son got a vehicle from here. He took it in for repair there was a smell of carbon monoxide leaking in. I had taken it to be scanned (still have the paper ) it showed a leak. They didn't fix it didn't even write it down I believe the did a oil change or something for the paperwork. They had the vehicle all day I know I drove my son. Well they didn't fix it and he ended up taking off to *********. He was having a difficult time. This place is a joke I had this car since march of 2023 and I have been to get it fixed more times then I can count I get one thing fixed and something else happens I would not recommend this company to anyone at all
If you wwnt a reliable vehicle and it not to be in shop more than you have it dont go here.
