So on the 4th of July, our well pump and pressure tank decided to declare independence from functioning anymore and left our house with no water. I called Anderson Sunday morning, and by lunchtime same day Austin was at my house. He ran some diagnostics, figured the issue and went to work fixing the problem, even going so far as having to hand pull the pump up from 300’ deep. When it became apparent that the discoloration in the water was not related to the filter tank- I called Anderson Well and they sent a crew out to find out if the problem was the well. When Austin and his assistant, Jacob (J-Bird), arrived, I explained to them how the wellhead had been struck by lightning last summer. They removed the cover and shone a flashlight down the casing to reveal that the casing had been split and there was a large gaping hole in the side of the pipe where the clay was falling into the well! Anderson drilled a new well for me after my bored well had started to fail due to surface water contamination. From start to finish, they were professional, answered my questions, and lead me down the entire process to include permitting and well location. When they came to install the pump system, they were able to save quite a few components from my existing well system, and tie in the my existing plumbing and electrical. Haven't used their service yet. But I called for estimates and everybody was very polite and willing to help. Very nice people.
