Haven't used their service yet. But I called for estimates and everybody was very polite and willing to help. Very nice people.
I just called here and let me say as a business owner the first interaction with a business is the person on the phone. To be spoken to so rudely is downright pathetic. In a room full of people on the phone on speaker and we are all shook at her harsh tone and rudeness. Get it together!!!!
We thankfully got the water issue fixed by Anderson Well Drilling INC. & AVA Heating & Cooling. These guys really are awesome, Austin from Anderson Well Drilling INC has come out to fix a few things for us now & he is nothing but professional. I highly recommend both these companies to anyone near us because they are very reasonably priced, they are always on time, they try to get whatever problem you are having fixed ASAP, they have gone above & beyond to help us out.
These guys are great! I woke up with no water on below freezing day, called these guys and they showed up in 30 minutes after calling, they diagnosed my problem and put a new well pump and pressure tank in for me and had my water back up and running all within a hour of showing up. Thank you andersons well drilling!
