Anderson drilled a new well for me after my bored well had started to fail due to surface water contamination. From start to finish, they were professional, answered my questions, and lead me down the entire process to include permitting and well location. When they came to install the pump system, they were able to save quite a few components from my existing well system, and tie in the my existing plumbing and electrical. Haven't used their service yet. But I called for estimates and everybody was very polite and willing to help. Very nice people.
I just called here and let me say as a business owner the first interaction with a business is the person on the phone. To be spoken to so rudely is downright pathetic. In a room full of people on the phone on speaker and we are all shook at her harsh tone and rudeness. Get it together!!!!
We thankfully got the water issue fixed by Anderson Well Drilling INC. & AVA Heating & Cooling. These guys really are awesome, Austin from Anderson Well Drilling INC has come out to fix a few things for us now & he is nothing but professional. I highly recommend both these companies to anyone near us because they are very reasonably priced, they are always on time, they try to get whatever problem you are having fixed ASAP, they have gone above & beyond to help us out.
