Overcharged us on a bill and refused to correct the bill. They clearly did not read our meter, and even when I pointed that out they wanted to just argue and say we had a water leak. Like no excuse me, you had doubled my bill because YOU missed we paid in DOXO. I had to show the proof! And Like no, excuse me, the meter would not be an exact 110 over what it was last month 4663 to 4773. Clearly they didn’t read the meter. The error was on their part, they obviously not only doubled the bill but doubled the water usage as well... read more

Anderson Water & Plumbing is small, friendly, and 38 miles shorter drive (round trip) than BCS. They're just close and convenient when you need something "right now" ! 5 Stars just because they are, hands down, the best in the area.
