Please Train your Drivers to NOT BLOCK other drivers from leaving Customers. I had to report an ATS driver today and the Operations Manager said it was a common problem with ATS specifically and that they're considering Blacklisting ATS from their Account.
We have been waiting almost two months for a revised rate confirmation with the layover added. For the first few days we were told the broker was working on it, and after that we heard nothing for over a month — no responses to our emails or phone calls. We understand that delays happen, but going silent for weeks on a simple rate con revision is not how a reliable partner operates. We would think twice before booking with this broker again until communication improves.
