Took my truck to Anderson tire today. Loved the fact that they are open half day on Saturday’s!! I cannot say enough great things about this business!! From the time I walked in the door the vibes were awesome!! Courteous, knowledgeable and very polite people…even down to the dog “Mookie” that hangs out there!! Before I could check in good they already had the keys in their hand ready to take my truck around to the garage and start working on it! We heard good things about Anderson tire but the person who answers the phone needs a "lil work" not very friendly at 3:30 n the evening.....customer service even on the phone....can get ya a long way...or no business at all....sad
Paid almost 900 dollars for what they said was wrong dropped off they said they fixed it and it is still doing the same thing it was before we dropped it off
Had my truck inspected today. My inspectors name was Chris. I arrived a little after 7 am. I was #10 in line. Front staff was friendly and advised me I had time to go down the street and grab breakfast and a drink. I got back and they had me in the back by 10am! Great team here busting their tails. Thank you Anderson Tire Co. see ya next year!
