My delivery was shorted two years in a row. The wood is suppose to be kiln dried and 16" long, 99% of the wood I received is 14 to 15 inches long. Even if it was cut to the proper length I am still short. That small rack is typical of the wood I received in a 2 cord order. That wood should be 16" long (it is not) and that rack should be full! Two years in a row I did not receive the 2 cord I ordered from them. Although last year they made it right after I notified them the delivery was short. This year almost all the wood in the 2 cord I ordered was cut to 14" to 15" length instead of 16" and I was short a lot of wood. They seem to be blaming me because I notified them two years in a row.that my order was short.
