Disappointing customer service and communication. Full transparency, I cannot speak to their services as their community manager didn't respond to my emails to book an appointment.
Went for a psychoeducational assessment. Not great for girls, they are only looking for symptoms typical for males. The psychiatrist diagnosing my child never even met her and I was not told about this ahead of time. The office staff, however, are very nice and helpful.
Denied entry into a speech therapy session for my son because I wouldn’t put a mask on. Please explain to me how speech therapy works with a mask on again?
Caution - HUGE RED FLAGS - I signed up my son for their camp. When I dropped him off I was given a waiver to sign which said that 'Anderson will accept NO responsibility for the safety of my child - including his death! Sorry, NO. You are responsible for my child's safety if I pay and leave him in your care. You can NOT just disregard his safety let him die! Anderson told me that if I didn't sign the waiver my son couldn't attend their camp. I had a lawyer review this waiver and he agreed that it is very, very odd. This waiv... read more
