Dr Anderson has helped me in so many ways. I went in with a very painful jaw and neck. It was healed in 3 months with her special techniques and exercises. Dr. Anderson is a specialist in Physical Therapy. She has helped me with joint pain and strength building exercises. These Melt classes have improved my posture! I now notice my posture throughout the day and self correct. I had a concussion that influenced my Vestibular system. Dr. Anderson focused on Vestibular issues during her PhD program.
